New Era Properties has been an independent real estate investor and property manager since 2010. We have a proprietary formula for identifying cash-flow positive investment properties. Our formula has enabled us to yield more than other real estate investors working in the same sector.
Additionally, our experience and familiarity with rentals has enabled us to be cost efficient and smart in the property management process.
Meet Our Team
Our founders Vik Khasat and Maxwell Harris grew up in Delaware and both went to the Charter School of Wilmington and University of Delaware. After graduation in 2010, real estate peaked both of their interests and they started buying and renting properties around Delaware, specifically focused on Student Housing at UD.
The knowledge they share of the Delaware real estate market with a speciality in housing in and around the University of Delaware campus offers them a unique perspective that allows them to identify unique opportunities for both housing and renters alike.
